3 Days lake Mburo safari

Day 1: Transfer to lake Mburo.

Following your 3 days lake mburo safari , you  will transfer to the park through the masaka highway, making  a few stops one being at  Mpambire  place known  for making local  drums of all kinds , there you will be showed how to make local drums. Later proceed towards Masaka making another stop at Kayabwe   where you will have a treat of a few photos standing between the equators. Advance with your scenic drive to Mburo through  Masaka viewing the hills, drive past masaka to lyantonde and to lake Mburo national park. Have Lunch and relax, after your lunch you could opt for an evening game drive in the park viewing wildlife. Later return to your lodge for diner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: scenic game drive and boat cruise on Lake Mburo.

Early in the morning, have breakfast and proceed to the national park   for   a game drive, while in the park,  be on the lookout for zebras the parks most common occupants, the buffalos,elands, giraffes, water bucks, warthogs, antelopes, oribis and several bird species. Later retire to your lodge for lunch an relaxation as plan for  a boat cruise in the afternoon.  Later embark on a breathtaking boat cruise on Lake Mburo viewing hippos and crocodiles. Finish with the boat cruise ad head back to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Day 3: nature walk and transfer back to Kampala.

Early in the morning, wake to a relaxed day have breakfast, you could opt for a morning guided nature walk around the park  leading to the salt leak here most of the animals gather to enjoy the salty tastes.  Later return to your lodge, check out and transfer back to Kampala.
